1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with nailsmetology.

As all of our press-on nail sets are individually handmade and made to order, we kindly ask that you read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Custom-Made Products

All press-on nail sets sold by nailsmetology are individually handcrafted after an order has been placed.

Each order is produced according to the customer's selected:

  • nail size;
  • nail shape;
  • chosen design.

Because our products are personalised and made specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer wish to keep the item.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible because each nail set is individually handmade specifically for the customer.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nailsmetology.com.

4. Returns

We accept returns only where:

  • the product arrives damaged;
  • the product has a manufacturing defect;
  • you receive the wrong item.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item.

We may request additional information before making a decision.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • correctly supplied handmade press-on nail sets;
  • products that have been worn or used;
  • products damaged due to incorrect application, removal or misuse;
  • products with signs of wear or modification;
  • opened nail glue;
  • opened adhesive tabs;
  • opened removers;
  • opened cuticle oils;
  • other opened hygiene-related products.

6. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.

We strongly recommend using our Sizing Kit before purchasing a nail set.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the selected size does not fit.

7. Refunds

If, after reviewing your claim, we determine that your request is valid, we may:

  • replace the defective or incorrect product; or
  • issue a full or partial refund, where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after the refund has been approved.

Please note that the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
