These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the nailsmetology website, products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. About Us

Nailsmetology is an independent online store specialising in handmade, made-to-order press-on nails and carefully selected nail accessories.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country.

If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding contract, you may only place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products

All products sold by nailsmetology are handmade and produced with care.

Our press-on nail sets are individually made to order after your order has been placed. Each set is created according to the size, shape and design selected by the customer.

Because every nail set is handcrafted, slight differences in brush strokes, positioning of decorations, 3D details or other artistic elements may naturally occur. These small variations are a normal characteristic of handmade products and do not constitute defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and finishes as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive to produce every design as shown, minor handmade variations may occur.

5. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.

We strongly recommend using our Sizing Kit before purchasing a nail set. We cannot accept responsibility for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

6. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully received.

Because our products are handmade to order, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before production begins where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout, including delivery details and product selections, is accurate.

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible because each product is individually handmade for the customer.

7. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal and any other payment methods made available at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

8. Production Time

As each press-on nail set is handmade to order, production begins only after payment has been confirmed.

Our usual production time is a few business days. During busy periods production may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.

Estimated production times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

9. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the selected delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation where tracking is available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Please read our separate Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.

As our products are handmade and made to order, returns and refunds are available only in the circumstances described in that policy.

11. Use of Our Products

Our products must be used only in accordance with the application and removal instructions provided by nailsmetology.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper application, incorrect removal, misuse, excessive force or the use of unsuitable products.

Customers should discontinue use immediately if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

12. Product Care

The longevity of press-on nails depends on proper preparation, application, daily care and removal.

Wear time varies between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to follow our care instructions does not indicate that the product is defective and does not constitute grounds for a refund or replacement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nailsmetology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

14. Intellectual Property

All content available on the nailsmetology website, including but not limited to product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, text, product descriptions, videos and other materials, is the intellectual property of nailsmetology or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

15. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
